Conditions and Limitations

Dockage is usually always available for our guests at an additional charge of $2.00/ft per night.

Generally we do not have room for people to store trailers, however if you call and check with us we may be able to accommodate you if it is not a very busy time during your Islamorada Vacation.

All prices based on double occupancy. Some rooms may accommodate more people, at an additonal charge of $10.00 per person per night.

All reservations require a deposit that is non-refundable within 30 days of stay. Any cancellations that are refunded are subject to a 10% service fee.

The deposit amount depends on the length of stay.
