During the months of October-April you can catch sailfish, cobia, wahoo, tuna, king fish, snapper and grouper among others. Wow all I got is wow! Went on the all day party boat with captain Walter and mate Jude. Best boat trip I have ever been in! We usually go on out local charters in Broward county- Walter is an amazing fun guy- he not only captains he works hard to know YOU and be very personable! Best captain so far I have had the pleasure of meeting! Thanks Walter for the awesome time and go I eat the extra mile to fish the way we did at the end to please me! 100% only will be using your boat when we come down every few months!

I used Bud N Marry's marina to get on the Miss Islamorada Charter to do some reef fishing recently. It was a rainy day when we got there. I was excited we were still going to departure and be all day out. The rain shortly stopped. The ocean was calm and the fish were rambunctious. Captain Ben was true gentleman, so courteous, so nice and extremely caring. He was making sure that everyone hooked at least one good sized fish for dinner. Even though he is the captain he worked his tail off, even making bait ball for those of us in the back of the boat catching snappers.He took us to a great spot, even encountered some bull sharks.

Bring your own drinks and snack, none of it its provided for you. You will have great fun and you will go home with a bucket or cooler of fish. They provided an array of bait and they will help you every step of the way. The bait doesn't promise that you will catch fish but at least they will die trying for you. Great experience, gorgeous day to be out, turquoise waters and alligator reef beautiful as always. Nice boat, stable and smooth ride to the reef and back.

Captain Bill Bassett at Bud and Mary’s My husband and I are boat owners and fish out of OCNJ for the past 30+ years. We came to Islamorada to fish a full day back country through the Everglades for a new experience; catch some fish new to us and see some cool wildlife. Friends referred us to Bud and Mary’s and after chatting with us for a bit, Chrissy paired us with Capt Bill Bassett saying that it would be a great fit, and she was right. Capt Bill is a master of his craft, knows where to fish, how to catch and cater to his clients. We caught snook, bonefish, sea trout, a bunch of jacks and saw some crocs 😀. He’s also an entertaining conversationalist, the 8 hour trip passed in a blink. What a fantastic experience, thanks so much Captain Bill and Bud & Mary’s Marina!
