FEARLESS FISHING is a custom built Conch 27′ powered by a 350 Yamaha outboard with Captain Joe Hendrix at the helm. It is located at Bud N’ Mary’s Sportfishing Marina in Islamorada in the beautiful Florida Keys. Captain Hendrix, an experienced licensed Captain, has fished in the Keys his entire life. Incredible Fishing Trip We had three couples who wanted to get out on the water and fish. Capt John Johansen and Capt Ted Wilson were kind enough to take us out and we had ourselves a boys vs girls fishing trip. I have to say, both captains outdid themselves as everybody had a wonderful experience. Capt Ted took excellent care of the ladies and they caught some giant grouper, shark, and jacks. Capt John kept us on big game all day. At one point, we were tripled up with two grouper and one cobia. Somehow, Capt John managed to help us land all 3 at the same time. Cannot thank these gentlemen enough for great day of fishing. Would absolutely recommend them to anybody of any skill level looking to get on some FL Keys fishing.

Took some friends from out of town on the Miss Islamorada party fishing boat at Budnmarys. When ever I come down to the Keys I always stay at Budnmarys they have the best service as well the cutest houseboats facing the ocean, clean facilities, and great customer service. Oh and their cafe has by far the best large homemade buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches, plus they make a great sub for you to take on the boat with you. Oh and for you cat lovers out there be sure to swing by the office to meet Mary the friendly dockside cat. Well back to the fishing, I had some friends from Utah come down and they never fished the Atlantic before. This was my first time using them and definitely not the last. We caught a lot of yellowtail snapper along with my first keeper size mutton snapper. Between the wittiness of the Captain and Brad/Phillip (mates) assisting us every step of the way. Made our fishing that much better and easier. I will be back soon, heck maybe next week for my birthday.

I'm still going to give Bud & Mary's party boat five stars because I love the marina, the captain and the party boat itself 100% but for the first time in 7 to 8 years that I have been going on this boat I was a little disappointed with the crew. Ive never felt like they played favorites until yesterday. There was a particular customer that is also a regular and he and his family we're treated like royalty and others not so much. One of the other guest from out of town and I had a long conversation about it. It was definitely clear to all the other guest as well. I won't stop going on that boat because as I said I really like captain and love Bud n Mary's. My son worked in the service industry for years so I believe in tipping but I'll tip according to the way I'm treated as well.
